Our QA policy: customer satisfaction


In January 2004 TC received approval from LRQA Limited against ISO 9001:2000 covering both the Oldham and Dartford sites.

TC has a Business Management System focused on total customer satisfaction rather than simply compliance with a customer’s requirement. The whole business process is reviewed, and the organisation has a clear direction. Managers and their teams know what outputs are required from them - to move the company forward.

These outputs are measured, and are used to sustain ongoing improvement. Similarly, TC actively seeks customers’ views on performance to ensure that the organisation is in tune with customer needs and perceptions.

TC believe that approval to ISO 9001:2000 has strengthened and supported the Quality ethos that already existed in the company, and that it will help the business to improve and to grow.
